Candyland Birthday

Here are some more images from the wonderful Candyland birthday party we did last year! I'm so sorry for the delay in posting them, but they're finally here!

The birthday girl is 2 years old!

The "Gumdrop Mountain" birthday cake is made up of "cake dippers" from Cakery Affairs in Bryant, Arkansas and a simple round cake drizzled with chocolate ganache.

Manzanita Branches are painted yellow and hung with candy canes to create the "Candy Cane Forrest"

Bright centerpieces were created with lollipops, suckers, and curled ribbon. The lollipops were given to guests as favors.

Foods served: gumballs, fruit cups, candy canes, gingerbread men, chicken nuggets, licorice, gum drops, lollipops, and much more.

Hallelujah! A sneak peak of Marchesa's bridal collection!

Bergdorf Goodman's had an exclusive sneak peak of their new Platinum Collection and featured in that was the dress I've been waiting (very impatiently) to see for months!
Marchesa's bridal collection is here! And my lord was it worth the wait! I would wear this every day if I could!

Do I have to wear a veil?

This is a question that comes up all the time! Of course you don't have to wear a veil. It is your wedding and if you really cannot see your self in a veil then you shouldn't wear one. But, you should really think about it before deciding. It is the only day of your life you will be able to wear a veil (and not be looked at as if you are insane)! And the pictures are unbelievable! It's your decision, but consider it carefully.
