Are you sick of Mason Jars yet?

If you had asked me this question 5 minutes ago I would have answered with a resounding YES. But that was before I saw this fabulous tutorial for painted mason jars! How adorable are these in your bright wedding colors?!
Colorful with white blooms, or in white too! They would be fantastic for a country wedding or filled with wild flowers for a more gardeny style. I'm excited for this new, fun way to re-purpose the hundreds of mason jars I have from weddings last year! Already getting my paint ready...

Color Palette Inspiration: Soft Blue & Sherbert Tones

Hey everyone!

While I wait for more images from our recent events, I hope to be able to inspire you for your big day with my inspirational posts. One little way I want to encourage you is this: Don't be afraid of colors! You don't have to choose just one to two colors. Go all out! It's fun, gorgeous, and perfect for this time of year. I'm crazy over the colors in this tablescape recently featured in Rue Magazine...
Doesn't it make you want to walk barefoot in the grass and eat sherbert? I adore this color scheme!

Marissa & Tyler: Details Day 2

Hey everyone!

Today, I get to share the elements of Marissa & Tyler's tablescape. To accomplish Marissa's stylish vision, we knew we were going to layer bold colors. We chose a chartreuse linen for the guest tables, topped with a teal runner, silver napkins, and my favorite element: purple velvet chair cushions on the modern chameleon chairs. Each place was set with a clear glass chargers topped with their custom menu created by Sincerely Yours Paper Inc. The long king's tables were finished with beautiful floral arrangements in their wedding colors. Between each arrangement the table was scattered with hundreds of votive candles. It was a beautiful combination and if you know Marissa, you know it is perfectly her! See for yourselves...

And on their ultra fabulous head table, we used crushed teal linens with purple glass chargers and modern ghost chairs. The flowers for this table were an unconventional and amazing hanging centerpiece. We scattered votives & floating candles across the head table to add a glow when the sun went down.
Did you notice the incredible custom made bare bulb chandeliers hanging down the center of their clear span tent? They were stunning and brought in Marissa & Tyler's modern style perfectly!

Anna & Michael say "I do" on Saturday

My sister {and best friend} is marrying her high school sweet heart on Saturday in a sweet ceremony on our Papa's farm. Her 2 daughters will walk her down the aisle where she'll say I Do. While I'm waiting with anticipation for their day, I wanted to give you a little sneak peak!
Here are a few pictures I snapped of her gorgeous custom calligraphy invitations from Molly's Paperie...

Anna and Michael's style is far from traditional, and while we wanted to formality of calligraphy, we didn't want the classic style. We were able to combine a traditional script with a modern block calligraphy to create invitations that were stunning, and perfect for them! We were even able to choose each word that we wanted to emphasize in script, and it couldn't have turned out better. My favorite part: "Papa's Farm"! I absolutely adore these invitations and hope you do too. A huge thank you goes out to Molly's Paperie for accomplishing our vision perfectly.
